Rosecliffe-Arabians Home

Rosecliffe Arabians is located in the Noosa Hinterland, Queensland, Australia on 93 acres set in a rolling hillside overlooking the Coral Sea. Established in 1989, it is owned by Nadia and Paul Bellerby.
Rosecliffe focuses on a Straight Egyptian breeding program with a focus on attributes of correct conformation, exotic beauty, great intelligence and the sublime affinity with humans that typifies the Arabian. The breeding program’s cornerstones originate from Simeon Stud’s principal stallion Asfour and foundation mare 27 Ibn Galal V. 27 Ibn Galal’s blood is carried by all of Rosecliffe’s broodmares through her progeny Simeon Sheba, Simeon Sadik and Simeon Shai. The blood of the immortal Asfour imp Germany is represented at Rosecliffe by his son Simeon Shados. Simeon Succa, Durra Sasse and Durra Chantilly Lace all carry Asfour’s blood through the black Asfour son Simeon Sadik.
